Copying Songs onto the Player
Do NOT use Windows Media Player ®. Follow these steps:
1. Connect your mp3 player using the USB cable.
2. Wait for your computer to recognize the player.
3. Once your player has been detected, go to My Computer.
4. You will see that there is a Removable Disk - that is your player.
5. Simply go to the file folder of your songs and right click the mp3 files you want and select copy (usually “My Music” inside your “My Documents” folder).
6. Paste it to the Removable disk/drive in My computer under the folder “AUDIO”. Do Not put the songs in subfolders on the player. All songs must be inside “AUDIO” folder.
7. After copying your songs, safely remove the hardware.
This player does not support Copyright-Protected Music such as songs from iTunes ®.

To Reformat the MP3 player using computer
1) Connect your MP3 player to your computer
2) Wait for your computer to recognize it as a flash drive
3) Go to My Computer, look for the removable disk ( MP3 player ) right click on it then click format
5) New window will pop up, then press the start button to reformat your MP3 player
6) Once done formatting, close all the open windows and safely remove the MP3 player, just like you would for a regular flash drive.
To Reformat the MP3 with CAM player using the player
1.) Go to tools on your player click play
2.) Select Memory click play
3.) On the Flash Memory you will see that the workspace is highlighted with color red, transfer the red to format by clicking the volume button found underneath the player once.
4.) When the red is transferred to the format press play once
5.) It will ask you Format? And to select yes use the left and right buttons on the player, then under yes click play.
6.) Wait for it to reformat for a few secs then press menu
7.) The flash memory is now refreshed.
To Safely remove hardware:
1. To unplug player. Right-click the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon on the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. It looks like a green arrow. When you right-click it, select “Safely remove hardware”.
3. A Safely Remove Hardware dialog box will pop up.
4. Select Usb Mass Storage Device.
5. Click on Stop.
6. Select Generic volume G (depends on how many drives you have, this is the drive of your mp3 player).
7. Click ok.
8. You will be prompted that you can remove the drive now – Remove the player.
For copying videos to your mp3
You need to install the cd converter software to convert the videos to mp4 or 3gp file format with 128x96 frame size or higher.

After you converted your files simply copy and paste them to the mp3 player under videos folder.
