Your computer should have an icon on the bottom right corner beside the clock where your quick launch icons are. The icon looks like a note and its color red. If this icon doesn’t show up on your screen that means the software of your mp3 player is not functioning. But if in any case that your computer shows this please follow these steps:

1. Right click the red note icon.

2. Select “Show”

3. There should be a check on “Auto Transform”

4. All file types should be check

5. There should be a dot on “Normal”

Note: Try to play your songs in your computer first just to make sure that they are working and make sure that they are on mp3 format.

Steps in putting songs:

1. Select the songs you want and highlight it

2. Then right-click it

3. Select copy

4. Go to your my computer

5. Right-click the Removable disk and select paste.

6. After putting songs on your mp3 player you must unplug your mp3 player properly

7. To unplug player. Right-click the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon on the bottom right corner of your screen

8. It looks like a green arrow. When you right-click it, select “Safely remove hardware”

9. A Safely Remove Hardware dialog box will pop up.

10. Select Usb Mass Storage Device

11. Click on Stop

12. Select Generic volume G (depends on how many drives you have, this is the drive of your mp3 player)

13. Click ok

14. You will be prompted that you can remove the drive now and that’s it

Note: Make sure that the battery of your mp3 player has a charge and if its possible to put a new battery.

Please make sure that you are not putting on Protected WMA Files such as music downloaded from iTunes as those songs will not work on this player. All other MP3 and WMA songs will work. Please simply drag and drop your songs onto the player (Removable Disk). If you are having trouble adding WMA songs, please make sure that the AMT Converter is running. When you connected the player to your computer you may get a warning that AMT is a virus but it is not so please allow it to run (refer to the Orange page that came with your player for detailed instructions).
